Apparently, it is not an accepted form of tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr. to lock black people in a firm, unexpected bearhug while whispering “I’m sorry that my ancestors bought and sold your ancestors”.
I mean, sure, there was some major injustice going on for a while…BUT, to be fair, the emergence of Soulja Boy should have immediately repealed the Emancipation Proclamation and required renegotiation on the 14th Amendment.
